What will my Connectedy account look like?
If you want to get an idea of what your account will look like, see one example with several shared links and categories. If you would like to access your favorite links from any computer, organize them, share them, or keep them private, sign up now and get started.

How do you upload links?
You may have been adding links to a "Favorites" or "Bookmarked" list in your web browser. There should be a way to "Export" those links to a file on your computer. You can upload that file to your Connectedy account (during or after sign up), and then all your links and categories will be accessible to you online.

How do I add links while surfing?
During or after sign up, you can add one special link to your web browser's Favorites or Bookmarked list. It is called "Add Link to Connectedy". It is not actually a web page, but rather a program that sends information to your Connectedy account about the web page that you are currently viewing.

How are my links categorized in Connectedy?
If you have created any folders in your Favorites/Bookmarked list, they will be preserved and turned into categories. Connectedy even understands how to handle folders within folders. By categorizing your links, you make it easier to navigate, search, and find other users with similar interests.

If it's free, how does Connectedy stay in business?
Connectedy covers its costs by putting text ads on its pages. We believe in making ads unobtrusive so that it does not disrupt your use of the site in any way.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
An account on Connectedy costs nothing, and no personal information is necessary to set up an account. For your convenience, you may provide us with your email address, which will only be used to remind you of a forgotten password or other non-commercial, account-related information. Your Connectedy account is completely pseudonymous, and you can make the contents of your account as public or private as you need. If you add a link to your account and share it, it will appear in your user pages one hour after you have added it. If you choose not to share a link, it will not be visible on any of your user pages unless you are logged in.
